    Solo contesto a la parte de la novedad, que nadie estaba informado sobre ella, ya que no estaba por ningun lado, es mas si no llego a preguntar.......yo creia que esto funcionaba asi:

    *La lista de todos los jugadores disponibles estará ordenada primero por media (de mayor a menor), luego en caso de empate por especialidades (de mayor a menor), y finalmente si hay doble empate por edad (de menor a mayor).

    Un pequeño matiz con el tema de "Contratar Ojeador". Pagas un precio fijo, y si después no lo quieres pues no terminas de pagar la segunda parte y "San se acabó", ok... hasta aquí perfecto. Pero debería tener otra connotación en caso de que sea muy bueno el que te haya tocado, o solo se va a modificiar en beneficio del equipo ?¿ Tendrá que tener su contrapartida.

    Y en ambos casos ya la hay, si el jugador te baja de estrellas te reduce un porcentaje el precio, y si es mayor a 80 (creo que es) se te incrementa un precio.

    Pensemos una cosa señores, si facilitamos o aseguramos en mayor porcentaje que te toque un buen jugador, irá más gente a ojeadores... y quizás te sigan tocando trozos... en mi opinión habría que hilar muy fino con los cambios porque el tema se puede desmadrar. El ojeador es una posibilidad que "los más atrevidos" por decirlo de alguna manera se arriesgan a ir a por Ojeadores a expensas de lo que les puede tocar. Si mejoramos el sistema que solo vaya en beneplácito de los equipos, habrá muchos más atrevidos, y quizás le quite un poco de la salsa que a mi manera de ver ya tiene.

    La primera. Las especialidades no la tienen los jugadores porque si, sino que depende directamente de los stats de los jugadores, y de una serie de condiciones... Voy a estrenarme con el Spoiler ese. It´s in english. Height in ft and Weight in lb.​

    Yo he probado en mi excel y con fórmulas condicionales se saca. (Si esto y esto y esto entonces esto; sino; si esto entonces esto; y sino pues no). Si hace falta hecho un cable.​
    Por ejemplo, la primera especialidad es ratón de area (POACHER)​
    Si la capacidad de trabajo en ataque del jugador es alta, entonces no tiene esta especialidad.​
    Sino, si definicion es 85 o mayor y cabezazo 75 o mayor entonces Raton de Area.​

    POACHER

    Player's ATTACKING Work rate must be Low or Medium. (If it’s set to High he won’t be eligible for Poacher).
    He also needs 85 Finishing and 75 Heading.

    You can create a custom formation and change players’ Work rates for when you use that formation, and he will play based on those settings, however the information in his bio won’t change, nor will he get the specialty if he couldn’t before. As a created players’ and Virtual Pros’ Work rates are both set to Medium, they will be eligible for Poacher, you’d just have to get the relevant stats high enough.

    Poacher/Engine Work rate Eligibility: (Attack/Defense) Low/Low, Low/Med, Low/High, Med/Low, Med/Med, Med/High = Poacher only.
    High/Low, High/Med = Neither.
    High/High = Engine only.

    You must meet the requirement of at least one of Poacher or Clinical Finishing to be eligible for Complete Forward.


    SPEEDSTER

    Acceleration and Sprint Speed must TOTAL at least 180 (Average 90). This could be an even 90/90 split, or as extreme as a 99/81 split either way, or anything in between so long as the combined total is 180 or higher.


    AERIAL THREAT

    Consider his Height first, his Stats second.

    For players created in-game and Virtual Pros:
    For players 6'2 and under; 90 Heading, then EITHER 85 Jumping or 85 Strength. (You don’t need to meet both Jumping and Strength requirements, just one of them, but you MUST meet the Heading requirement).
    For players 6'3 and 6'4 in height; 90 Heading.
    For players 6'5 and over; 75 Heading.

    For players created in the Creation Centre – Check his metric measurements (for height in centimetres) before saving and downloading:
    For players 187cm and under; 90 Heading, then EITHER 85 Jumping or 85 Strength. (You don’t need to meet both Jumping and Strength requirements, just one of them, but you MUST meet the Heading requirement).
    For players between 188 and 194cm; 90 Heading.
    For players 195cm and over; 75 Heading.

    For real-life players in game:
    For players 6'1 and under; 90 Heading, then EITHER 85 Jumping or 85 Strength. (You don’t need to meet both Jumping and Strength requirements, just one of them, but you MUST meet the Heading requirement).
    For players 6'3 and 6'4 in height; 90 Heading.
    For players 6'5 and over; 75 Heading.
    That leaves players that are 6’2 in height. Although the game displays the height in feet and inches, I figured out that the game’s base code ‘recognises’ the players’ height in centimetres. I looked up a site that searches for Fifa players’ height in centimetres to help me test this; http://fifa13.sofifa.com/en/player/search
    I chose these three players – Nemanja Vidic (189cm), Robin Van Persie (188cm) and Yaya Toure (187cm). THEY ARE ALL DISPLAYED AS 6’2 IN THE GAME. However, Vidic and Van Persie (thus, players 188cm-194cm) require only 90 Heading, but Toure (thus, players 187 and below) needed 90 Heading and for either Jumping or Heading to hit 85 too.
    In practical terms, you could either check the above site to see which criteria they fit in, or test the 6’2 players yourself. If they don’t get the Aerial Threat specialty with merely 90 Heading, they’ll have to get either the Jumping or Strength stat to 85 before they are credited with the specialty.


    DRIBBLER

    In general, the player needs 86 Dribbling, backed up by either 5* Skill Moves OR (if he has between 1* and 4* Skill Moves) 75 Balance.

    This means when either editing a real-life player with 5* Skill Moves, or giving a Creation Centre player 5* Skill Moves; he will also need 86 Dribbling. If they have between 1* and 4* star Skill Moves, he will need 86 Dribbling and 75 Balance. Real-life players' Skill Moves are preset and cannot be changed, and you can assign a Creation Centre players' Skill Moves rating yourself. (In the cases of these players, Agility has no effect towards him getting Dribbler).

    For a player created in-game, you need EITHER 86 Dribbling + 75 Balance OR 86 Dribbling + 76 Agility. Agility is basically used here as a mechanism to enable 5* Skill Moves. An in-game created players’ Skill Moves are determined by his Dribbling stat, and once that has reached 81, the Agility effect comes into play, once that reaches 76.

    (In-game created players’ Skill Moves calculation)
    1* - Not been able to do this, even using a GK with EVERY stat to 1.
    2* - Dribbling 1-50.
    3* - Dribbling 51-70.
    4* - Dribbling 71-80. Also Dribbling 81-99 if Agility is 75 or less.
    5* - Dribbling 81+, Agility 76+.
    On top of that, you still need to get to 86 Dribbling for the Dribbler Specialty.

    Note: For your Fifa 13 VP, only your LB/RB Wing Backs, LM/RM Wingers, your AM Playmakers and Box to Box players, and your LF/CF/RF Creators and Finishers can get to a 5* Skill Rating. You would only need to get these players up to 86 Dribbling for the specialty. For the others, you would need to get their Dribbling to 86 and their Balance to 75 for the specialty. This won’t be possible for all positions as in many cases their Dribbling will finish up too low even with all accomplishments gained and all boosts bought.


    PLAYMAKER

    Player MUST have at least one of CDM, CM, or CAM listed as one of the positions he can play in his Player Bio. It doesn't have to be his primary position though. Take Iniesta and Messi, neither are midfielders in Fifa (Iniesta is a LW and Messi a CF) and both meet the ‘stat’ requirements but only Iniesta gets the Specialty. Messi has no CDM, CM or CAM as one of his preferred positions, whilst Iniesta has CAM.

    He also needs Short Passing 86, Vision 86 and Long Pass 73.

    Playmaker is a CRITICAL specialty to count towards Complete Midfielder.


    ENGINE

    Players’ Attacking and Defensive Work Rates (in his bio) MUST both be set to High.

    He also needs 86 Stamina.

    As newly created players’ and Virtual Pros’ Work rates are both set to medium, it doesn’t seem that they are ever eligible for Engine. You can create a custom formation and change players’ Work rates for when you use that formation, and they will attack/defend based on those settings. However, the information in his bio won’t change, nor will he get the specialty if he couldn’t before.

    Poacher/Engine Work rate Eligibility: (Attack/Defense)
    Low/Low, Low/Med, Low/High, Med/Low, Med/Med, Med/High = Poacher only.
    High/Low, High/Med = Neither.
    High/High = Engine only.


    DISTANCE SHOOTER

    Shot Power and Long Shots must TOTAL 174 (Average 87). This could be an even 87/87 split, or as extreme as a 99/75 split either way, or anything in between so long as the combined total is 174 or higher.


    CROSSER

    Player needs 86 Crossing + 80 Curve.


    FK SPECIALIST

    Player needs 86 Free Kicks, backed up with EITHER 85 Curve or 85 Shot Power. (Only one of the Curve or Shot Power requirements needs to be met).


    TACKLING

    Player needs 86 Standing Tackle + 85 Sliding Tackle.

    Tackling is a CRITICAL specialty to count towards Complete Defender.


    TACTICIAN

    Player needs 86 Interceptions + 80 Reactions.

    Tactician is a CRITICAL specialty to count towards Complete Defender.


    ACROBAT

    There are two ways to get this specialty.

    Player needs 90 Agility (if Reactions are under 80) OR 86 Agility + 80 Reactions.


    STRENGTH

    Consider Weight first, then Stats second.

    For players 181 lbs (82kg) and under; you need 90 Strength.

    For players 183 lbs (83kg) and over; you need 86 Strength.

    This is merely a curiosity, with no practical application. There are no 182 lb players to test in the game. The database ‘recognises’ the players’ weight in kilograms, but it is displayed as its closest equivalent in pounds. To see this in practice, notice when you’re creating either a Virtual Pro or a player in the Creation Centre it misses certain ‘pounds’ out. I think that every player in the database is subject to this, I don’t think you’ll find a single player in the database that is a different weight (in between those weights your VP or Creation Centre player would have).


    CLINICAL FINISHER

    Player needs 86 Finishing + 80 Long Shots.

    You must meet the requirement of at least one of Poacher or Clinical Finishing to be eligible for Complete Forward.


    COMPLETE DEFENDER

    You need to meet the requirements of a minimum of 3 Specialties suitable for a Defender. You MUST have both TACKLING and TACTICIAN, plus at least one of these; Aerial Threat, Acrobat, Strength.


    COMPLETE MIDFIELDER

    You need to meet the requirements of a minimum of 3 specialties suitable for a Midfielder. You MUST have PLAYMAKER, plus at least two of these; Dribbler, Engine, Distance Shooter, Crosser, FK Specialist, Tackling, Clinical Finishing.


    COMPLETE FORWARD

    You need to meet the requirements for a minimum of 3 Specialties that are suitable for a Forward. None are critical on their own, but two stand out as if you have neither you'll not get the specialty, you must have at least one of them. I'll break them into 2 groups.

    IMPORTANT SPECIALTIES; Poacher, Clinical Finishing.
    STANDARD SPECIALTIES; Speedster, Aerial Threat, Dribbler, Strength.

    Using these groups, you will get Complete Forward by obtaining ONE Important Specialty plus at least TWO Standard Specialties, or BOTH Important Specialties plus at least ONE Standard Specialty.

    A ver, la parte de que las especialidades de los jugadores depende de los stats o las características de los jugadores lo entiendes no? Digamos que hubiera una especialidad que se llamara "Mas largo que un día sin pan", pues esa especialidad dependería de la altura de jugador. Da igual que el jugador se llame Crouch, Zigic o De Gea, sino que esa especialidad la tendrían todos los jugadores que fueran más altos de 1,90 cm.

    Cual sería el condicionante? Que el jugador fuera más alto de 1,90 cm. Si el condicionante se da, el jugador tiene esa especialidad ok?

    Vamos a casos reales del juego. Pongo ejemplos sencillos.

    MOTOR


    "Engine

    The Work Rates of the player for both Defence and attack must be set to “High” for gaining this trait. Though he needs Stamina 86, it is important to note that he cannot have both Engine and Poacher together-as they remain at odds with each other.

    Having the Engine Specialitie will give the player an injection of stamina that can’t be matched on the field of play. He will run up and join attacks as well as getting back in your final third to help defend."

    Pues para que un jugador tenga especialidad motor, se tienen que dar 3 condicionantes:

    Condicionante 1: Que su ratio de trabajo ofensivo sea alto.
    Condicionante 2: Que su ratio de trabajo defensivo sea alto.
    Condicionante 3: Que su reistencia sea mayor o igual a 86.

    Además te dice que si el jugador tiene especialidad motor, ya nunca podría tener especialidad Ratón de area.

    Otro ejemplo muy fácil:

    ACROBATA

    "Acrobat

    Players can gain this specialty in two ways. They have to log either Reactions 80 along with Agility 86 or only Agility 90. The Acrobat will make some acrobatic clearances when in their own penalty area."

    Hay dos formas de que un jugador tenga la especialidad acróbata:

    1º forma, se tiene que dar dos condicionantes:

    Condicionante 1: Que tenga reflejos al menos 80
    Condicionante 2: Que tenga agilidad 86.

    2ª forma con solo un condicionante:

    Que tenga 90 o más de agilidad.

    Si se cumple cualquiera de las dos formas, el jugador tienen la especialidad acróbata.

    Último ejemplo:

    TIRADOR LEJANO

    "Distance shooter

    The Long Shots and Shot Power must have a total of 174 for this trait. This demands either a 99/75 or an 87/87 split. A player who possesses this quality in their game will have a crack from long distance areas of the pitch. Also they will be more likely to score from the long shots as well."

    Un solo condicionante pero que afecta a dos stats:

    La suma de los stats Tiros lejanos y Potencia de tiro tiene que ser mayor o igua a 174. Por ejemplo Tiros lejanos 99 pot de tiro 75 suman 174, el jugador tendría esa especialidad, o si tiene tiro lejano 87 y pot de tiro 87 tambien la tendría.

    Espero que se haya entendido bien como funciona esto de las especialidades en el juego.
